(3) When transferring a police officer who is in the service specialized area of ​​the district police group subject to sub-rule (1), they may be transferred in accordance with this regulation without any difference in the responsibilities of performing duties of the same nature within any other service within the district police group.
(4) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (3), no police officer shall be transferred or promoted from a post of technical police group to a post of district police group and from a post of district police group to a post of technical police group.
(5) Based on the qualification, knowledge, skills, efficiency, physical ability, personal interest and desire of the police office assistant, he will be appointed or transferred to the following specialized service area:-
