: (1) After the completion of the entire process related to the selection of the candidates, the post filling committee shall publish the final result according to the order of merit of the candidates who have obtained the highest number of marks.
(2) When publishing the results according to sub-rule (1), as long as candidates are available, the list of alternate candidates should also be published according to the order of merit of fifteen percent or less of the total vacancies.
(3) While preparing the list of qualifications through the interview and other processes, if the total score of the candidate is equal, the lower qualification should be prepared based on the following:-
(a) Physical fitness (obstacle) test and in case of written test, on the basis of passing the written test,
(b) Based on the marks obtained in the practical examination in the posts for which the practical examination is held,
(c) In case of separation in order of merit as per clauses (a) and (b), on the basis of receipt of interview,
(d) According to clauses (a), (b), and (c) also in case of separation in the order of merit, on the basis of the score obtained in the obstacle examination,
(e) Clause (d) and if the order of merit is not separated, on the basis of seniority one level lower than the advertised post,
(F) on the basis of seniority of age if the order of merit is not separated even as per clause (e), and
(g) In case of the post of interview, on the basis of clauses (c), (d), (e) and (F).
