Section 54B
Other conduct

(1) Civil servants should behave politely towards everyone while working in their office.
(2) The civil servants should carry out the responsibilities that come according to their office and position in a fair, clean and fast and efficient manner.
(3) A civil servant shall not use or use any government property for household work.
(4) Civil servants should not employ any government employee who is appointed to receive salary and allowances from government revenue except for office work.
