(1) According to Rule 38, the following activities can also be done on the days designated to discuss the speech:-
(a) to complete formal business relating to the proceedings of the meeting before the commencement of the discussion, or
(b) submitting a supplementary estimate in accordance with Article 121 of the Constitution, or
(c) Submitting a motion seeking permission to introduce a bill or introduce any bill.
(2) If the motion submitted to adjourn the discussion is accepted, the following work can be done on the days fixed for discussion on the address:-
(a) to propose that a Bill be passed,
(b) To present the subject for which the period of presentation in the meeting has been set in accordance with the law, or
(c) To discuss urgent work submitted by any minister.
