Rule 237
Security of records
(1) The secretary shall cause the records of the decisions and proceedings of the assembly and its committees to be kept safe.
(2) The Secretary shall not allow anyone to take the records kept under sub-rule (1) out of the House without the order of the Speaker.
(3) If a member requests audio and visual records of what he said in the assembly, the secretariat will make such records available.
