Section 51B
If a loan is received from the borrower, the borrower will receive the loan
If a creditor who has the duty to file a Fantwari of a loan according to Section 44 or 50 receives a loan according to Section 46 from a farmer related to such Fantwari without filing a Fantwari accordingly, such loan of the creditor and the interest calculated on the basis of five hundred fifty per annum shall be returned to the Asami in one lump sum after five years.
