(1) In order to recover the debt according to this paragraph, the committee, institution or officer shall impose the principal and interest of the loan recovered from the farmers under Section 44, Section 46, and Section 47 and the prescribed interest on the principal as prescribed to the concerned person. (2) The creditor shall not be entitled to seize the debtor for such debt or its interest unless there is provision as per sub-section (1).
