Section 130
Arms cannot be traded without a license
(1) No one shall engage in arms and ammunition business without obtaining a license or in violation of the conditions and restrictions of the license. Transferring, accumulating or collecting, storing, exporting or importing is meant.
(2) A person who commits or causes an offense under sub-section (1) shall be imprisoned for up to seven years and fined up to seventy thousand rupees.
