Section 170
Limit:
(1) Offenses under section 163 and 164 shall be appealed at any time.
(2) A complaint shall not be made after six months have passed from the date of the offense under section 167 or the date on which the concerned person has been released from arrest, control, custody, imprisonment, imprisonment and other offenses under this paragraph.
