Section 128
Limit
(1) An appeal may be made at any time for the death of a person due to any offense under this paragraph.
(2) In the case of offenses under Sections 113, 114, 115, 116, 117, 118, 119, 120, 121 and 122, a complaint shall not be filed after three months from the date of such offense and for other offenses under this paragraph six months from the date of knowing that such offense has been committed.
