(1) The Government of Nepal shall appoint a Vice-Chairman on the recommendation of the Committee under Section 20 to act as the Executive Head of the Council.
(2) The Vice-President shall receive the remuneration and facilities as prescribed by the Government of Nepal (3) The term of office of the Vice President will be four years.
(4) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (3), the Government of Nepal may remove him from the position of vice-chairman at any time if the vice-chairman does not behave in accordance with his position, does not fulfill his official duties or causes damage to the council.
(5) According to sub-section (4), before removing the vice-president from his position, he should be given an opportunity to present his explanation.
(6) Other conditions of service of the Vice President shall be as prescribed.
