In addition to the duties, duties and rights mentioned in the Act, the other duties, duties and rights of the Vice President shall be as follows:-
(a) To prepare a proposal and submit it to the Commission on matters to be decided by the Commission,
(b) To review, monitor and evaluate the work of the Directorate and the Board and give instructions as needed,
(c) Approving the annual program and budget related to the academic program and the framework of implementation,
(d) To do or have other work delegated by the commission and committee.
