Section 51A
To get facilities related to debt recovery
Nothing in this paragraph shall prevent any co-operative society, bank or designated industrial company formed according to the laws of Nepal from directly collecting, paying or retrieving the principal and interest of any loan owed to the farmer, and such co-operative society, bank or designated industrial company According to section 44, the loan application does not have to be filed.
