Section 237
One drug should not be sold and distributed as another drug
(1) A person authorized to sell medicine according to the law shall not knowingly or reasonably know that one kind of medicine is another kind of medicine while selling and distributing medicine.
(2) A person who commits or causes an offense under sub-section (1) shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years or with a fine which may extend to twenty thousand rupees.
