Section 4A
Special arrangement regarding integrated civil service system
Notwithstanding anything written in Section 4, the government of Nepal shall implement the integrated civil service system by converting the hierarchical system of civil service into a hierarchical system from the date specified by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette.
