Rule 63A
Provisions related to confession
Civil servants going on study, training or study visit Schedule-12A. Accordingly, according to sub-rule (5) of rule 61, the civil servants who are going on study leave, Schedule-12B. Civil servants who go to work in national and international organizations by taking extraordinary leave must make a confession as per Schedule-12C.

(1) In the case of gazetted posts, in order to be promoted in civil service, group or sub-group vacant posts by performance evaluation and seniority and performance evaluation, employees with the minimum service period and educational qualification as per section 21 of the relevant service, group or sub-group under the relevant service, group or sub-group in the case of gazetted posts.
