Section 69
Curfew not to be violated
(1) No person shall knowingly violate the curfew order issued by the authorized officer in accordance with law to prevent unlawful assembly or riot or any other act that disturbs the peace.
(2) A person who commits or causes an offense under sub-section (1) shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year or with a fine which may extend to ten thousand rupees.
