Section 93
Proof of guilt should not be pressed
(1) No one shall suppress, destroy or destroy any evidence of an offense committed by him with the intention of protecting an offender so that it cannot be used as evidence.
(2) A person who commits or causes an offense under sub-section (1) shall be imprisoned for up to three years and fined up to thirty thousand rupees.
