Rule 18
Distribution of documents
(1) The secretary will provide the necessary documents and information to the members.
(2) According to this rule, the secretary will make arrangements to keep the documents and information to be provided to the member in the pigeon hole related to the member. In this way, when documents and notices are placed in the pigeonhole, it will be considered as having been received by the concerned member.
