Rule 218
Work, duties and rights will be as follows
:-
(a) Initiate the necessary investigation on the basis of any question raised publicly or information given to the Committee by any member that he has violated the Code of Conduct mentioned in sub-rule (1) of Rule 216,
(B) To obtain necessary information from the concerned members and other persons regarding the questions raised regarding the conduct,
(c) obtaining necessary information from the person, organization or media that raises questions about the conduct,
(d) While investigating the questions raised regarding the member's conduct, from the collected facts, make a clear decision regarding whether or not the relevant member has violated the conduct and submit the report to the meeting.
(2) The Conduct Monitoring Committee may form a sub-committee with experts as needed.
(3) The Conduct Monitoring Committee will determine its own other procedures.
(4) It shall be the duty of the member to provide necessary assistance in the event that an investigation is initiated against a member for violation of conduct in accordance with this rule.
(5) If an investigation is initiated on a member for violation of conduct in accordance with this rule, the conduct monitoring committee shall provide the relevant member with a reasonable opportunity to speak his mind.
(6) The report submitted by the conduct monitoring committee to the meeting in accordance with clause (d) of sub-rule (1) shall be kept in the records of the meeting.
