Recommending before, f preparing the necessary criteria for merging educational institutions and submitting them to the commission for approval, c mapping for the establishment of educational institutions and submitting them to the commission, j recommending to the commission to award degrees to students who have passed the final examination conducted by the National Board of Medical Specialties, J To do or cause other work as prescribed by the commission.
