Rule 82
Kiriya leave
: (1) If a police officer has to live in kiriya according to clan religion, or if the father, mother, father, son, daughter or mother-in-law of such police officer dies or in the case of a male police officer, if his wife dies, fifteen days of kiriya. Will get leave. If the husband of a female police officer has to stay in Kirya, he will also be given Kirya leave for the same number of days. A record of the details of such leave should be kept.
(2) Police personnel will receive full pay, allowances and rations while on holiday leave.
(3) Police personnel who take leave according to sub-rule (1) must present the death registration certificate of the deceased person and proof of relationship with the deceased person after coming to the office after the leave.
(4) In accordance with sub-rule (3), the period of such leave of the police employee who does not submit the certificate shall be deducted from the other leave he is entitled to.
