Section 278
Don't make tools to make written documents
(1) No one shall make, repair, purchase, give away or possess a seal or any other tool for making a kirte likh with the intention of using it in the work of erecting or making a kirte likh or knowing or having reasonable cause to believe that it may be used in such work.
(2) A person who commits or causes an offense under subsection (1) shall be imprisoned for up to four years and fined up to forty thousand rupees.
