Section 25
Accounting and auditing of the fund
: (1) The accounting of income and expenditure of the fund shall be kept according to the accounting system adopted by the Government of Nepal.
(2) The internal audit of the fund will be done by the office of the controller of funds and accounts (3) The final audit of the fund will be done by the Auditor General.
