Rule 144
Conditions related to proposals for reduction of expenditure
In order to be accepted, the proposal presented to reduce the amount of expenditure under any title must be fulfilled in addition to the conditions under Rule 62:-
(a) to relate to one title only,
(b) Any particular subject should be clearly disclosed,
(c) Should be a subject within the area of concern of the Government of Nepal,
(d) not be related to the amount charged on the accumulated fund, and
(e) Matters that have been scheduled for discussion in a meeting should not be discussed before such scheduled time.
