Rule 46
Repeal
The Government of Nepal (Performance) Regulations, 2063 have been repealed. Addition by Fourth Amendment. Alteration: (1) "Constitution" instead of the words "Interim Constitution of Nepal, 2063".
(2) For the words "Ministry of Law, Justice, Constituent Assembly and Parliamentary Affairs" substitute "Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs". In case of not being able to participate in the meeting, the concerned minister should inform the Prime Minister. Addition by Fourth Amendment. Alteration: (1) "Constitution" instead of the words "Interim Constitution of Nepal, 2063".
