Every minister, minister of state and assistant minister shall immediately return to the office of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers, along with a list of all the documents in their possession, in accordance with sub-rule (1) of rule 32, after being relieved of their duties for any reason. (2) Any Minister, Minister of State or Assistant Minister may, if he so desires, return such documents even before he is relieved of his duties.
(3) In the case of documents that have not been returned according to this rule, it will be according to the decision made by the Council of Ministers.
