In accordance with sub-rule (1) of Rule 26, if a minister receives a suggestion regarding a revision in relation to the decision of the Council of Ministers, the Secretary of the Council of Ministers shall correct the record and send the matter of such revision to all the ministers in accordance with the instructions given by the Prime Minister.
