Rule 32
To maintain a list of documents held by Ministers
(1) Every Minister, Minister of State and Assistant Minister shall keep a list of the following documents:-
(a) Minutes of the meeting of the Council of Ministers, decisions and other related documents sent by the Secretary of the Council of Ministers,
(b) Documents sent by the Cabinet Committee,
(c) high-level correspondence, decisions or reports on various subjects,
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the Secretary of the Council of Ministers shall keep a list of all the documents sent to each Minister, Minister of State and Assistant Minister.
