Section 305
Not to be scolded
(1) No one should abuse anyone.
(2) For the purpose of sub-section (1), it shall be deemed to be an offense if anyone uses words or words that are offensive to anyone with the intention of insulting.
(3) A person who commits or causes an offense under sub-section (1) shall be punished with imprisonment up to one year or with a fine of up to ten thousand rupees.
