Section 61
Not to violate orders to stop or disperse unlawful assembly
(1) No person shall remain in or participate in any unlawful assembly when ordered by the authorized officer to stop or disperse it.
(2) According to sub-section (1), a person who stays, participates or comes to participate in an illegal assembly shall be punished with imprisonment up to one year and a fine of up to twenty thousand rupees or both.
