Rule 57
Home Vacation

(1) Civil servants will get home leave at the rate of one day for twelve days of their working period. But the civil servants who are entitled to take annual or annual leave will not get home leave according to this rule.
(2) For the purposes of this rule, the term "worked period" shall mean the period taken within that period and shall also include festival leave, sick leave, maternity leave, maternity care leave, work leave and public leave.
(3) Civil servants will get full salary while on home leave.
(4) The civil servants will be allowed to accumulate up to one hundred and eighty days of home leave they have earned.
(5) If a civil servant is separated from the service due to any reason, he will be entitled to receive a lump-sum sum of money due to his accumulated home leave at the rate of salary from the position he is entitled to.
(6) If any civil servant dies without being able to take the accumulated home leave amount, the person as per sub-section (5) of section 39 of the Act shall be entitled to receive such accumulated home leave amount in lump sum.
(7) If a civil servant who is entitled to take annual or annual leave is assigned to a job in such a way that he does not receive the said leave, the office that assigns him to such work shall pay such civil servant the amount due to the said leave at the rate that he has been removed from the position he is entitled to.
(8) Civil servants who are on home leave, study leave or extraordinary leave will not get home leave for that period.
(9) When a civil servant takes at least seven days of home leave once a year and goes home after paying the home leave and comes to his office from home, the travel time shall be paid at the rate of one day for the purpose of eight koshas on foot and as many days as it takes for motor, train, airplane travel. will get
