The levels, subjects and programs under medical education will be as mentioned in Schedule-8. 45 Sponsorship will be according to: Regardless of what is written elsewhere in this regulation, in the case of students who have studied under the sponsorship of any organization or person in a university, institute and other educational institution, the sponsorship will be as mentioned in the same sponsorship. 46. The commission and the committee that can delegate authority may delegate some of the authority granted to them in accordance with this regulation to any officer or subordinate body or employee of the commission as needed. 47. Changes or additions to the schedule The Ministry of the Government of Nepal, which deals with matters related to education, may make changes or additions to the schedule as necessary by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette.
