Rule 107
Procedure for obtaining public feedback
: (1) If the proposal to publicize a bill for the purpose of obtaining public feedback is approved, the Secretary may publish the bill in the Nepal Gazette and publicize it through other suitable means within the prescribed period, stating the period during which opinions will be collected. The opinions will be collected and presented to the members through the speaker.
(2) Other procedures for obtaining public feedback on the Bill shall be as determined by the Speaker.
