Section 83
Don't refuse to answer
(1) A person who has a legal duty to express the truth on a matter to an authorized officer shall not refuse to answer questions asked by such officer on such matter. (2) A person who commits an offense under sub-section (1) shall be punished with imprisonment up to six months or a fine of up to five thousand rupees or both.
