Motion
that the Report of the Inquiry Committee be accepted (1) After the discussion on the report in accordance with sub-rule (2) of rule 158 or after the report of the inquiry committee is received again in the meeting in accordance with sub-rule (4) of the same rule, the chairman of the committee or in his absence any other member of the committee designated by the speaker to submit a proposal that the recommendation mentioned in the report be accepted. (2) After the proposal is submitted according to sub-rule (1), any member may submit amendments to the report according to the procedure determined by the Speaker.
(3) After a brief discussion on the proposal submitted in accordance with sub-rule (1) or the amendment submitted in accordance with sub-rule (2), the speaker shall submit all the amendments to the decision-making meeting and then present the recommendations mentioned in the report to the decision-making meeting.
(4) The decision of the Assembly on the motion of impeachment shall be by division of votes with the signatures of the members.
