Rule 158
Consideration of the Report of the Inquiry Committee
(1) On the day and time appointed by the Speaker, the chairman of the inquiry committee or in his absence, any member of the committee appointed by the Speaker shall submit a proposal to the meeting to consider the report of the committee.
(2) After the proposal is submitted according to sub-rule (1), the report will be discussed in the meeting.
(3) During the discussion in accordance with sub-rule (2), any member may submit an amendment to the report as deemed appropriate by the Speaker or submit an amendment proposal that the report be sent back to the inquiry committee for re-investigation in relation to any particular matter.
(4) According to sub-rule (3), if the proposal to be sent back to the investigation committee is accepted, the report will be sent to the committee and the committee will re-investigate and submit its report to the meeting within seven days.
