Section 166
No untouchability or other discriminatory treatment based on caste:

(1) No one shall discriminate against any person on the basis of custom, tradition, religion, culture, customs, caste, caste, community, profession, occupation, physical condition or origin of social sect or to be present in a public place or to enter a religious place of a public nature. Do not block or deny the use of water, water or any other private or public use or convenience.
(2) A person who commits or causes an offense under sub-section (1) shall be punished with imprisonment up to three years or with a fine of up to thirty thousand rupees, and if a national servant commits an offense under this section, he shall be punished with imprisonment for an additional three months.
