Section 4
Liability Papers
(1) The person who is in charge of the responsibility document must submit the document to the designated station or authority when ordered.
(2) In case of failure to deliver the document as per sub-section (1), when such station or officer wants to see the document in land-related work, he should show it to him and take it back after completion of the work and keep it safe in his custody.
