Section 193
Do not deface using flammable, organic or toxic substances
(1) Someone uses any flammable, organic or poisonous substance other than acid or similar chemical substances or. Throwing, sprinkling, pouring or any such substance should not be done or caused to cause pain to the body or to cause any part of the face or body to be ugly.
(2) A person who commits an offense under sub-section (1), depending on the nature of the offence, shall be imprisoned for five years to eight years and a fine of one lakh rupees to five lakh rupees, and if any other part of the body is disfigured or inflicted physical pain, shall be imprisoned for three years to five years and fifty thousand rupees to three A fine of up to one lakh rupees will be imposed.
(3) According to sub-section (2), the entire amount received for fine shall be paid to the victim as compensation.
