Section 108
Don't sell and distribute food items while lying on the ground
(1) No one shall sell and distribute any food item by misrepresenting it as another food item, or misrepresenting low quality food items or non-food items as high quality food items, or mixing inferior food items or non-food items with high quality food items.
(2) A person who commits or causes an offense under sub-section (1) shall be punished with imprisonment up to five years or a fine of up to fifty thousand rupees or both.
