Rule 220
Document to be tabulated
(1) If a minister quotes any official document or report or any part thereof while giving a statement or information in the meeting, such document or report shall be tabled in the meeting. However, if there is sufficient basis and reason that tabling a document or report would be detrimental to national security, peace and order or public or national interest, the Minister may not table such a document or report after informing the House.
(2) If a summary of any document or report is mentioned, such document or report should not be tabulated.
