Non-discrimination on the basis of religion, race, caste, color, sex or opinion:
A person shall not be awarded any position in the University or any postgraduate degree, bachelor's degree, certificate or other educational qualification on the basis of religion, caste, caste, color, sex or any opinion. He will not be deprived of obtaining a degree or studying or getting facilities.
