(1) The Prime Minister shall be the Chancellor of the University.

(2) The Chancellor shall be the Head of the University and the President of the Assembly. When he is present, he will take the seat of the president in the meeting of the assembly and in the convocation ceremony of the university.

(3) The chancellor will have the right to inspect or examine any subject or matter related to the university or the university, conduct and give instructions.

(4) Any act contrary to this Act or the rules made under this Act can be revoked by the Chancellor.

(5) Other powers of the Chancellor shall be as prescribed.
