Section 60
Reprimanding or withholding a maximum of two salary increments or withholding promotion for two years
In any of the following cases, a civil servant may be punished with a warning or withholding of a maximum of two salary increments or withholding of promotion for a period of two years:-
(a) If the work done by him is not satisfactory,
(b) In case of not complying with prevailing laws,
(c) Section 55A. If you receive a written warning up to two times a year,
(d) In case of not fulfilling the official duties prescribed by this Act or prevailing laws,
(e) If he does not follow the instructions given by his superiors regarding the frequent neglect of complaints and complaints of the customer,
(f) If the official who is responsible for enforcing the job description does not do so.
