Section 18E
Keeping records of convictions of civil servants

(1) The Ministry of General Administration and related agencies shall keep records of the punishment of civil servants.
(2) The records kept according to sub-section (1) during the following period of posting to the head of the department, when making a permanent appointment, when assigning responsibility to the position of the head of any body, when evaluating the performance, when awarding civil service awards or decorations, when nominating for study or training, promotion Aadhaar should be taken while providing any other type of opportunity:-
(a) for a period of one year from the date of conviction for receiving admonition,
(b) for the duration of the suspension,
(c) During the period of suspension for suspension of promotion,
(d) In case of withholding of salary increase during the entire period of suspension.
