If the order of retiring, removing or dismissing a civil servant from the civil service is annulled by the court and he is reinstated in the civil service, the salary, allowances and festival expenses from the date of retirement, removal or dismissal from the civil service to the date of his reinstatement in the civil service and If he gets a salary increase, he will also get it.
(2) If a civil servant who was retired, removed or dismissed from the civil service before June 4, 2050, is reinstated in the civil service by court order after that date, such employee will also get salary, allowances and salary increase as per sub-section (1).
