Section 24
Acts done in private defense are not criminal
(1) Any act done while exercising the right of private defense subject to this paragraph shall not be considered an offence.
(2) Every person shall have the right to protect his or anyone else's life, property or property from any unlawful harm.
(3) When exercising the right of private defense in accordance with this section, it shall be used only if there is a reasonable belief that one's life or someone else's life, life or property cannot be saved from any illegal damage if no action is taken immediately or if there is a reasonable reason to believe.
