Rule 26
Rule

(1) If a member feels that any rule has been violated in a matter that is currently pending before the meeting, an open objection may be raised against the rule that has been violated.
(2) A member raising an objection according to sub-rule (1) shall stop speaking after receiving an expression or gesture indicating approval from the Speaker.
(3) The member raising the objection shall be allowed to speak only on matters related to the objection and after raising the objection, he shall take his place.
(4) The Speaker will decide on the motion raised in the meeting and that decision will be final.
