Rule 22
Circumstances in which appointment may be revoked
The appointing authority may revoke the appointment of a police officer in the following circumstances:-
(a) if during the probationary period the performance of the work is not shown to be efficient or if he is found incapable of discharging the responsibilities or if his conduct is not satisfactory, or
(b) Failing the police basic training and failing again in such training even after being given an opportunity as per rule 160.
